Attached is a letter from one of our residents’ families. Peter wrote to express his sincere appreciation to all the staff here at Orchard. He is very happy and grateful for the care and kindness shown to his wife. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication of the team have meant a great deal to him and his family. He truly appreciates the support provided during this time and thanks everyone for going above and beyond to make his wife feel comfortable and well cared for. So a huge thank you to Peter for taking the time and trouble to say thank you – it means a lot.
