Last week, residents at Balmore House were flipping and tossing pancakes as they thoroughly entered into the fun spirit of Pancake Day. There was a lot of discussion as to what the best toppings were…but the classic lemon juice and sugar still came out on top. Our residents are nothing if not traditional!
